Our Project Process
-
Every Appalachia Advisory project begins with an initial consultation with the small business owner to understand specific needs and narrow in on an engagement objective for the following 4-6 weeks.
-
The Statement of Work serves as a scoping document to outline project goals, timeline, and critical deliverables to guide the engagement. Once signed, this document signals the project kick off.
-
Weekly, our Team Leads will hold a brief check-in meeting with you to offer ongoing updates. Our analysts will often be working on data analysis, research, model-building, and deliverable writing.
-
To close the engagement, our team will meet with you to present our final deliverables and any takeaway documents. We will collect feedback and answer any questions on implementation.
